It is hard to imagine that the historic area of Thamel and the Durbar Square have been hit so hard.
We feel for the people we met there, hoping that our porters, guides and support team are all safe.
So far we have news that one of them is alive and well.
Please support the charities that are doing all they can to help the people of Nepal to survive this catastrophe.
