On Saturday, a nine-year-old boy was flown to Tamworth hospital after a horse accident near Kingstown.
The boy fell from the horse at Torryburn and suffered a serious arm fracture.
A medical team was airlifted to the scene by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter before he was flown for further treatment in a stable condition.
An 11-year-old boy was also transported to Tamworth hospital, this time on Friday night after falling off his scooter.
The chopper was tasked to Inverell Hospital to meet the young patient after he was knocked off his scooter earlier that day.
He suffered a head injury and was flown to Tamworth hospital in a stable condition.
