The purpose of drive thru in any takeaway franchise is the convenience of fast service, not a 20-minute wait, especially for a coffee.
It’s time management looks at the way this franchise is performing, because this is under performance standards and not meeting the time frames for service.
Do the drive thru menu options need to be reviewed?
If you can’t offer products in a timely manner, then don’t offer them.
