Hundreds of mourners attended the funeral service of Erica Packer’s father Michael Baxter in her home town of Gunnedah today.

Among those at the service were Erica’s former husband James Packer and members of the Packer family, and Sarah Murdoch.
Gunnedah Anglican Church was full, with many people standing outside to listen to the service.
Michael Baxter worked in the family law business, W. A. Baxter & Co, started by his father William, for 48 years.
He died following a year-long battle with amyloidosis on March 17.
