Oxley detectives set up Strike Force Mewburn in July last year to target the alleged supply of illegal drugs in the Tamworth area.
Last week the strike force undertook several raids, which culminated in six arrests.
This week, detectives have arrested and charged two more people allegedly involved in the drug ring.
Oxley acting crime manager, Detective Sergeant Jason Darcy, said the pair had been charged with offences ranging from supply to possessing prohibited drugs.
Both were granted conditional bail by Tamworth police and ordered to face court next month.
Detective Sergeant Darcy said there were more arrests to come as part of the eight-month investigation, which has seen the Rebels OMCG clubhouse stripped bare of its contents and the chapter president behind bars.
Brent Douglas Murray, Bradley James O’Connor, Gregory Alan McBride and Mark Jeffrey Hicks remain in custody, charged with dozens of offences.
Shannara Kelly and Vincent Maxwell Duffy have both been granted strict conditional bail ahead of a court appearance later this month.
