Makes last Friday’s big announcement by Mr Joyce and Greg Hunt (NDL, Saturday, Februray 27, “Stop the clock”) of a stay of execution for the Liverpool Plains from coal mining (’til after the state election) seem like a very cynical political exercise, doesn’t it?
