Our Gunnedah and Liverpool Plains region is being irrevocably changed to become an industrial area of the likes of the Hunter Valley.
Greg Hunt is about to give the final tick of approval to another huge mine owned and operated by the big Chinese company called Shenhua.
We don’t have to accept another big mine that will destroy the region forever.
If enough people show that we don’t want more mines, that will give Barnaby Joyce all the justification he needs to tell Greg Hunt to stop the mine dead in its tracks.
If you are not happy with another overseas company destroying our region, please stand up and be counted and come and join the peaceful protest march up the main street of Gunnedah
tomorrow morning, meeting at 9am at Wolseley Park.
We want thousands to attend.
