KENNY Rogers is in Tamworth tomorrow to farewell the Country Music Capital as part of his last tour of Australia.
The Farewell Down Under tour marks his final journey to Australia and New Zealand, with Tamworth being his second stop.
“For all of the travelling I’ve done around the world, Australia and New Zealand remain two of my favourite places to perform. They have a great sense of humour and have always treated me with such great respect, so for that I say thank you,” he said.
While in the country, Rogers will help farmers by auctioning off two of his show banners for Buy a Bale.
Rogers plays the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre tomorrow at 4pm.
He is an enduring artist with a distinctive voice, gift for storytelling and universal appeal, and will have the audience mesmerised tomorrow.
