The annual edition of the Twenty20 pits reigning champions Moxons Bakery against Armidale Ex-Services (5.15pm) and then Sportspower versus ADDA Constructions at 7.30pm.
Graham, who plays for the Ex-Services team in the regular Armidale first grade competition of a Saturday afternoon, is well armed for T20 cricket, reported Brad King.
“Cody can throw the bat well,” King said.
“He can hit that ball a long way.”
Graham will be in charge of an Ex-Services side containing the likes of Karl Triebe, Luke Brown and Sam Uphill.
The three bowlers are also supported by Brayden Graham’s pacy stuff.
PJ Wright, the outstanding South Armidale goal-scoring footballer, is also in the Ex-Services T20 team.
Brad King will skipper the Armidale Sportspower team again. That includes some talented all rounders such as Mitch Moore and Lachlan Elks with hard-hitting wicketkeeper Paul Woodford junior. Jason Boland, Barry Lockwood and Scott Brennan might also play big roles.
Steve Butler will captain the Moxons Bakery team, the left arm spinner heading a team with talented batsmen such as Matt Baillie, Brad Smith and Nick Levy.
Brad Widders will spearhead their bowling with Matt Schaefer to lead an ADDA Constructions full of big batting from the likes of Michael Dawson, Dean Moore, Todd Francis and Clarrie Moran.
Moran, appointed to captain-coach the Armidale Rams in their 2015 Group 19 Rugby League premiership quest is part of a team with plenty of allrounders such as Shaun Brennan, Andrew Skinner, Adam Sweeney and Tom Armiatge with the bowling spearheaded by Matt Hudson.
