WE'RE moving towards the business end of the festival today, so let's start peacefully with the Bush Poets' Breakfast hosted by Neil McArthur at the Longyard Hotel's Goonoo Goonoo Room from 8am. Grab yourself some breakfast because the Australian Line Dance Championships are on at Tamworth High from 9am.

If you want to stick with the bush theme, catch Dean Perrett and Jeff Brown at the Balladeers Homestead also from 9am.
For lovers of young talent, Yamaha Battle of the YoungStars is on at the Tamworth Town Hall get to the beach while you're there as it'll be your only chance to do that in Tamworth.
Local talent shines with Scotty Troutman and Tangled Up at the Albert Hotel from 10am or, back to the heritage theme, Ted Egan is at the Frog and Toad from 10am.
Maybe you fancy yourself as a bush poet? The ABPA Golden Damper Awards for bush poetry performance heats are on from 10a.30am at Wests in the Outback Room.
If your tastes are more musical, catch River Mountain Riot at the Imperial Hotel - The New Arena stage, we've been listening to the music from the Impy here at the office and it's fantastic - they're on from 11am.
Four Funny Buggers are on at Tamworth Golf Club from 11.30am if you're after a laugh and we have Australian Nashville residents O'Shea on at Shoppingworld from 11.45am.
The good things are free and Beccy Cole and Melinda Schneider are on the Fanzone Stage at noon or catch Doug McIntyre and friends at the Good Companions Hotel also from noon and grab yourself some lunch, sit back and enjoy the music.
At 12.30pm, the next inductee to the Galaxy of Stars will be named and presented with their plaque at Fanzone that will be placed in the TRECC forecourt, and my advice is to stick around because James Blundell takes the stage at 1pm.
If you love awards, the Australian Country Music People's Choice Awards are at the Capitol Theatre at 2pm, and they also have fantastic air conditioning.
I love bands with different names and one of my annual favourites is The Chicken Train Skifflers at the Courthouse Hotel from 2.30pm and Jay Seeney is on at the same time at Toyota Fanzone.
Tamworth's Ashleigh Dallas is then at Southgate Inn at 5.30pm or, if rodeo is more up your alley, young riders show off at the ABCRA Junior National Finals Rodeo at AELEC at 6.30pm.
The Tamworth Songwriters Association (TSA) awards at the Longyard Hotel and the Australian Bush Laureate Awards at the Town Hall are both at 7 o'clock.
