GREENS Senator Larissa “No pink or Barbie dolls for girls, no blue or trucks for boys” Waters’ support for the “No-Gender December” campaign may seem harmless, but it is not (editorial, The Leader, December 3, 2014).
Since the 1970s there has been an agenda to break down the “family” – mother, father and children – as the foundation of society.
This became evident in 1994, the Year of the Family, when Senator Rosemary Crowley from the Labor Party failed to promote this event after being appointed to do so.
In fact, she did her best to derail any attempt to make it a success.
In the same timeframe, Mrs Crowley threatened childcare centres that their funding would be cut if they allowed girls to play with dolls and boys to have trucks.
Singing Christmas carols was also not acceptable, and Baa Baa Black Sheep became “rainbow sheep”. Not pink, black or blue.
The Same-Sex Marriage Bill is hanging by a thread in the NSW Parliament. If the Greens gain seats at the state election in March, then the fabric of the family as a union between a man and a woman, husband and wife, will be defeated forever and will be replaced by “parent one” and “parent two” on birth certificates of babies of same-sex couples, eliminating grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and cousins.
If this does become a reality, then the people pushing this agenda are in danger of losing the acceptance they fought so hard to gain.
