I don’t like to use this section of the paper to complain about minor things, but this is directed at the lady driver at the intersection of Marius and Brisbane streets traffic lights, on Saturday, October 25 at 10.15am.

She was in the turn left only lane, which is clearly marked with large painted arrows, but decided that she wanted to go straight ahead.
As I was sitting behind her I pointed to the green arrow but she indicated to me that she was going straight ahead.
I again pointed at the arrow and this was met with a hand gesture suggesting that she could not care less.
Now, I was not rude to her, nor did I blow the horn at her, but her actions towards me were nothing short of rude and ignorant.
If this person has so little knowledge of the road rules, then I suggest that she hands her licence in and walks.
The lady was driving a small blue car.
In finishing I would not have minded waiting, but it was the suggestion that she could not care less that led me to writing this complaint.
