The day is played in honour of the late former West Tamworth Sports and Bowling Club director, and life member, and drew 26 teams.
The West Tamworth combination of David Mackey and Joe Pizzutti were the best performed pair, taking the overall honours on three wins +31.
Club-mates Don Fergusson and Gary Rodgers were four shots behind in second with the composite West Tamworth-South Tamworth pairing of John Owen and Mick Shelton finishing third on three wins +20.
The biggest winners each of the three games were also recognised.
Hennessey’s son Bob was one of those with he and partner Ron Barnett, with whom he won the event overall in 2012, the best performed team in the second game.
Marion and Paul D’Elboux took the first-game honours and Bob Cummings and Terry Kelly the third game.
The event attracted visitors from Woy Woy, Quirindi, Walcha, Manilla, Kootingal, Oxley, Tamworth City and Tamworth South.
