Tamworth police conducted a patrol of the Marius St club on Tuesday and allegedly detected an underage youth inside about 5.20pm.
The 17-year-old male was stopped before being searched by officers.
Police will allege he was found in possession of suspected stolen goods including personal cards.
The youth was arrested on the spot and charged with goods in custody suspected of being stolen, as well as five licensing offences including being a minor consuming liquor on licensed premises, being a minor operating a gambling machine and using a false evidence-of-age document.
He has been granted conditional bail to appear in Tamworth Children’s Court in October.
