If Australian parents are Weeping Angels, if Australian children are Daleks , if their local medical centre is known as The Tardis ,and if their family doctor is Dr Who, would Australian families be able to use Medicare to see Dr Who without a payment of $7 and would Dr Who be able to bulk bill Medicare??
Or are you trying to exterminate Medicare ?
