It’s disturbing that people’s lives are shattered, when, at the last moment, gutless, cowardly and more than likely corrupt government officials (don’t be fooled into believing for a second that there is some kind of moral reason for this) get a rap over the knuckles from their masters (the drug companies) and back-flip on promises made.

They don’t care that medicinal cannabis has been used successfully in some eastern cultures for over 5000 years.
They don’t care that in many parts of the world where there is zero tolerance to any drugs, including cannabis, that these same countries adopt reasonable and practical solutions that do not hinder the rights of their people to purchase medicial marijuana for chronic pain relief.
Grow a backbone, Mr Abbott. I’m sure if any member of your family were in similar circumstances to thousands of Australian citizens, you would not hesitate to explore this natural product of the earth.
Why not encourage the drug companies to grow it and sell it to you guys? That’s a win/win for everyone isn’t it?
