A high school in Wollongong was evacuated and police searched the grounds after a threat was allegedly made against the school.

Staff and students at St Mary Star of the Sea College, on Harbour Street in Wollongong, were asked to leave the school grounds just after 9am.
Police gave the all-clear about 11am.
Students reported that armed police interrupted classes and demanded they leave the grounds.
A police spokesman said police had conducted an operation at the school, and that all staff and students were evacuated "as a precaution".
A threat to the school was believed to have been made in a phone call, but police did not release any details..
Officers set up a command post at the school, and staff and students gathered in a nearby park.
A bomb detection dog was taken into the school.
A text from a student to her father said: ‘‘police just ran into my class and were like girls get out now and my whole school got evacuated and there are police with guns everything, so scared".
There are 1140 students and 120 staff members at the school.
