Rugby league fan, regular golfer, a humble man of refined humour and a dry wit, Cardinal Edward Clancy was warmly remembered in a service on Saturday at St Mary’s Cathedral attended by hundreds of mourners, including the Prime Minister Tony Abbott, the Governor General Peter Cosgrove and Sydney Lord Mayor, Clover Moore.
