The royal commission released its witness list for the first day of this week's hearings, which will focus on the construction industry, late on Sunday. The list features Cbus executive manager Maria Butera and Cbus member co-ordinator Lisa Zanatta.
The Cbus board, which includes Australian Council of Trade Unions president Ged Kearney, CFMEU construction division national secretary Dave Noonan and NSW CFMEU president Rita Mallia, is chaired by former Victorian premier Steve Bracks.
The superannuation fund's relationship with the CFMEU was brought into the spotlight after substantial privacy leaks were revealed by Fairfax Media in May.
The breaches sparked an internal investigation at the super fund, which is the nation's 11th largest and manages more than $20 billion for almost 700,000 members.
