She was recognised for her passion for engaging with young people and helping them with their mental health and wellbeing.
Ms Constable has thrown herself into community events, such as volunteering for midnight basketball, in the hopes of keeping young people off the street and supporting them through tough times.
After studying exercise and sport science at Charles Sturt University, she began working as an administration trainee at headspace and has since been promoted to youth and community engagement officer with Centacare New England.
Juggling work and study, she has completed a certificate III in business traineeship and is planning to tackle a certificate IV in mental health next.
She was honoured before a crowd of nearly 400 people in Tamworth last Friday night.
