Guests frocked up and partied down at the gala opening of Addimi, attended by a host of well-known locals.
“It was a family event; our way of saying thank you to all involved in the construction and fit-out,” co-proprietor Adrian Coffey said.
“It was a fantastic night surrounded by the people that have made our family dream of operating our own high-end restaurant possible.”
Mr Coffey, along with parents Michael and Dianne Coffey – who currently own and operate two other cafes in Tamworth – thanked the gathered crowd of more than 100 guests with a glass of champagne, boutique beer and chic canapes.
With its leather banquet style seating, stunning copper plated bar and edgy photographic artwork on the walls, the new restaurant is set to offer a selection of tapas, modern Australian cuisine, Australian and international wines and boutique beers.
