The Tamworth Country Music Festival it ain't.
But the Summer Starter Music Festival slated for November 24 at Tamworth's Rugby Park is planning on bringing 7000 music lovers together for eight hours of indie-rock fun with the line-up just announced.
Sydney quintet Boy and Bear will headline along with Aria Award winner Josh Pyke with Bluejuice, Stonefield and Loon Lake rounding out the bill.
Two lucky local acts will get a chance at the big time with the "Harvest an Artist" competition which has been launched to find the last two bands to join the bill.
