Why did Tamworth Regional Council feel it was a good choice to have two lanes of Goonoo Goonoo Rd closed off on a Saturday and Sunday so they could mow the median strip as they did a week ago?

I may be a lowly ratepayer, but wouldn’t it make more sense for them to do that sort of maintenance during the week than to have a crew of close to a dozen men all working on a weekend?
No wonder our rates are more expensive than Sydney.
