The first round of the Tamworth Lady Golfers Foursomes Championship will be run today.
64 golfers will tee off in the championship from 8am .
On Sunday, the Carey’s Freight Lines Tamworth Easter Open concluded, with Muswellbrook teenager Dylan Perry prevailing.
Perry carded rounds of 68,71 for a four-shot win from Woolgoolga’s Logan Toms (68,75) while 18-year-old Tamworth golfer Nathan Mann was a further shot back in third after rounds of 71,73.
Armidale Golf Club also staged a four-day carnival over the weekend, a carnival that drew more than 300 golfers from Sydney, Townsville, Brisbane, Canberra and the Central Coast.
