The Farrer Old Boy will be in the food technology facility for the whole day on Thursday, giving the boys some cooking tips and tricks and judging them on their culinary skills.
That evening, Chesworth, who along with his wife, Annie, works for the family’s cheese-making business Hunter Belle Cheese in Muswellbrook, will hold a master class for staff, parents and friends where he will make ricotta cheese from scratch.
