It’s the third year the show has been held, with water the theme of this year’s event. Students from preschool up to Year 6 let their imaginations go, creating a spectacular array of work across many different categories, including paintings, collages 3D works and, for the first time, cinematography entries.
Teacher Maryann Falkenmire said the idea was to get every student at the school involved and finish off first term in a positive way.
Kate Armstrong, from Tamworth Regional Gallery, and Paul Sing were the judges, while principal Jeremy Mills and teacher Chris Jones, one of the drivers behind the original idea, did the honours at the official opening.
