Longyard junior golf steering committeeman Allen Daley said 104 players teed off in the three-person ambrose.
“With the assistance of the sponsors, the junior golf raffle, auction and fun fund raising on the 13th and 16th holes, the day raised approximately $7000,” Daley said.
“The Longyard Junior Golf Steering Committee is very appreciative and thanks everyone for their contribution.”
Winners of the ambrose were Robyn Pritchard, Barrie Pritchard and Glen Inglis.
They received a new Callaway golf bag each while Shane Chillingworth, Pat Crowe and Matt Crowe were second and took home a Callaway wedge each.
Third place went Jo Wann, Trevor Wann and Grant Abra, with Geoff Hopkins, Paul Quinn and David Hamilton fourth.
Daley said the junior golf clinics re-commence this Sunday at 10am.
