While Walcha owner-breeder Jill Nivison made it a great day for the locals with the hometown favourite Jefferson Park giving her her second cup win, the fashionable field was a winning combination for plenty of other female followers.
Among the colourful parade were Alexander Hall from Bundarra, who won the gong for best
fascinator, and Gemma Yarnold from Woolbrook, who won the top prize as the overall fashion winner.
A crowd of more than 1000 enjoyed a great day out.
