Police will allege the trio struck a Henderson St home sometime between last Thursday afternoon and the early hours of Friday morning.
While inside the home, the men allegedly took off with more than $5000 worth of items.
Police were called to the scene and have since recovered some of the items since the break-and-enter.
A 25-year-old, as well as a 22-year-old man, both from Inverell, were arrested and charged with aggravated break-and-enter shortly after.
The 25-year-old is also facing one count of supplying a false statement.
Both were refused bail to front Inverell Local Court next month.
A third co-accused was arrested by highway patrol officers on Monday and has been charged over the break-in as well as supplying a false statement and breaching bail.
