After all he’s spent much of the summer helping out preparing the track for the once-a-year cup meeting.
That’s a pretty good effort considering Toby is just five.
His father, Chris, is the club secretary and his uncle, Bill Kelly, is the club president.
“He keeps telling us he’s going to be the next boss of the club,” Kelly laughed at Monday’s working bee.
While young Toby has been lending a hand to Bill and the WJC a few other relatives have also been helping out.
“My cousins from Campbelltown, Harley and Jarrod have come up to help out. They’d never been to a country race meeting before and thought they’d come up and have a look and have a holiday.”
They have also been shanghied into preparing the track for the 162nd Wallabadah Cup.”
