The sparkling superheroes, representing Captain Starlight, were in Armidale on Tuesday and Tamworth yesterday, the final visits for the year, where they distributed Christmas presents to the young patients.

Assisted by funding from the Greater Charitable Foundation, four Captain Starlight visits to local hospitals have been possible this year, where children have enjoyed face-painting, card-playing, singing and balloon-making to help take their minds off being in hospital, at least for a little while.
