SIX-YEAR-OLD Laura Davis is too young to understand the significance of her brush with Hollywood royalty yesterday, but this is certainly a moment she will come to treasure in the years ahead.

Lucky Laura was with her mum, Jess, when they bumped into Angelina Jolie and her twins, Vivienne and Knox, outside the Werris Creek Pharmacy in Single St about 2.30pm.
“We were just in the right place at the right time,” a slightly star-struck Mrs Davis told The Leader.
“I just walked up to Angelina and asked if Laura could have a photo with her. I actually said to her that Laura doesn’t know who you are, but she didn’t mind.”
Laura was introduced to Ms Jolie’s five-year-old daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, who emerged from the pharmacy holding a large brown paper bag and a gelato to beat the heat.
Mrs Davis said the megastar was so personable that she felt they could have chatted for longer.
“It was a bit weird actually. I probably could have, but I didn’t want to invade her personal space,” she said.
“It was just like talking to any other mum.”
While Laura will be the envy of her friends at Werris Creek Public School today, her younger sisters – Sophie and Mia – are also regretting not being there.
“They’re younger, but they were upset that they missed out,” Mrs Davis said.
