SEVERAL young boys found themselves in hot water yesterday after two break-and-enters in Moree.
Police were called to reports of a break-in at a home on Teatree Pl just after 4.30pm.
Officers say there they found four boys who had allegedly forced their way into the home through a rear door.
A 15-year-old and a 12-year-old were taken to Moree Police Station and charged with one count of break-and-enter destroy property.
Both were granted strict conditional bail to appear in Moree Children’s Court on November 25.
Two eight-year-old boys were transported home by police to their parents.
Meanwhile, three teenagers will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act after a break-in at a Barwon Ave home in Moree.
Police were called to the address about 11pm and found three boys, aged between 15 and 16.
No property was stolen during the incident, however the youths will be dealt with under the act.
