The meet attracted more than 220 swimmers from across the north coast and northern inland regions and totalled more than 1400 entries.
The KMASC had 21 swimmers compete on the day which was the largest north- west club contingent outside the Armidale Alligators.
The club set more than 100 personal bests on the day, president Stuart Watts said.
“This is consistent with the dedication to training of the club members this winter,” Watts said.
“Coaches Greg Poetschka and Graham Johnstone are very pleased with the commitment of the team and are expecting some great results at upcoming carnivals.”
One of the outstanding achievers was Olivia Saunders with three gold, one silver and one bronze medal which resulted in four state qualifying times.
Nathan Watts also won gold, silver and three bronze medals resulting in three state qualifying times.
Josh Nash won two silver and three bronze medals giving him two state qualifying times.
Michael Coxhead (gold and silver), Mitchell Watts (silver), Luke Johnson (two bronze) and Shaynelle Managan (bronze) were also among the medals.
Watts said the club has a record number of swimmers in winter training and is expecting a new wave of members in summer.
