HERE is a proposal that will help Mr O’Farrell’s problems with the current rash of drive-by-shootings and his lack of funding for sufficient police.
Simply declare all areas where drive-by-shootings have taken place to be national parks (retrospectively). Then the odd injury or death won’t need to be investigated, thus freeing up police to do other things.
Mr O’Farrell can always claim the shooters mentioned above were after feral animals!
Problem solved.
