Police have charged a man in relation to an armed robbery at a Moree service station last year.
The robbery happened on July 16 when a shop attendant was approached by a man armed with a screw driver about 7pm.
The man demanded cash from the till and threatened the employee with a screw driver, police said.The 19-year-old employee was involed with a scuffle with the man before he fled from the Frome St service station with cash.
Barwon police arrested a 32-year-old man over the incident at a Tawarri St house on Friday night.
He was taken to Moree police station and charged with robbery armed with an offensive weapon and resisting an officer in the execution of duty.
The man was refused bail pending an appearance in Moree Bail Court some time today.
