TAMWORTH police are still seeking information on a hit- and-run accident on Warral Rd on Wednesday.
A 13-year-old Peel High School student was walking with a school group when he was hit at about 2pm near the intersection of Macgregor St.
The vehicle left the scene and was described as a silver, two-door, flat top utility, possibly a Toyota, with a frame on the back for carrying items.
The driver was described as having an olive complexion, about 40 years old with a bald or shaved head, wearing a yellow shirt and thin reading glasses.
