At a door stop interview Abbott extolled the the efforts of his R&D people in coming up with this initiative that he was sure would improve industrial relations in this country and lift productivity throughout the economy. 

Can we expect Mr Abbott to announce that the Liberal/National Party Coalition has decided that this policy will be known as “The Whip”?
