MUSIC star and television personality Guy Sebastian will perform one concert in Tamworth in June.
The 2003 Australian Idol winner and X-Factor judge will perform on Friday, June 14 at the
Tamworth Regional Ent- ertainment and Conference Centre (TRECC) to what is predicted to be a sell-out audience.
Tamworth Regional Council’s entertainment venues manager Peter Ross said Sebastian’s return to Tamworth – he played to a sell-out crowd at the Capitol Theatre last year – would result in TRECC being converted into its “intimate mode”.
“We have been working hard with promoters and these relationships are really paying off,” he said.
“It’s a great outcome for Tamworth and for the region.”
Sebastian will perform songs from his latest album, Armageddon, including the American Billboard and ARIA chart topper Battle Scars, as well as favourites such as Angels Brought Me Here, Like It Like That and more songs from his seven multi-platinum albums.
Sebastian’s Get Along tour will play to regional fans in April, May and June throughout South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland.
