Runner-up Country Act was Murdena, of Geelong.
Best Non-Country Act was WNB (We’re Not Brothers), of Toowoomba, with runner-up Pumpkin Juice of Newcastle.
The People’s Choice winner was Tia Golstelow, of Mackay.
The 10 finalists each played two songs at Bicentennial Park (renamed Toyota Park) for the festival.
The finalists played in two categories – either country or non-country.
One busker was chosen as part of the People’s Choice Awards.
The 10 finalists were The Buckleys, Jon O, Backups and Postal, Danni Stefanetti, Pumpkin Juice, WNB, Kristen Lane and Band, Pete O’Brien, Joshua Needs and Murdena.
