TAMWORTH residents and visitors alike turned up in their thousands for the country music festival cavalcade this morning.
The annual star studded parade featured the usual crowd; from big name country acts like Troy Cassar-Daley, Lee Kernaghan and Beccy Cole to local community, charity and business groups.
About 90 floats, cars, trucks - and even a few horse drawn carts - carried them along Peel St, in Tamworth's CBD.
The cavalcade is always held on the final Saturday of the ten day festival, which officially wraps up tomorrow.
It just happened to coincide with Australia Day and parade participants were happy to show their Aussie pride with country tunes and Aussie flags and green and gold adorning their rides.
