Services are interrupted.
Residents in West Tamworth were without power for an hour this afternoon after a blackout caused by an accident on Gunnedah Rd.
Just after 1.30pm a truck clipped powerlines near Mayne Dr and Gunnedah Rd.
Emergency services and Essential Energy attended the scene of the incident, and the power has since returned to full service.
The driver is believed to be unhurt.
