A TEENAGER will face Tamworth Children's Court today following a road rage incident at Nemingha.
Police arrested the 17-year-old after the incident on the New England Highway early Wednesday morning where a motorist was allegedly kicked several times, resulting in a number of injuries.
Police will allege the teenager was a passenger in a car with another two people which followed and harassed the motorist, who then stopped the car and was subsequently assaulted.
The teenager is charged with assault and affray and was refused bail.
He will face Tamworth Children's Court today.
