About 1.15pm on November 19, two young offenders approached a 71-year-old female who was walking along Heber St.

They apparently pushed her in the back and grabbed her handbag and ran off.

A small amount of cash was in the handbag.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested early yesterday over the incident and he will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act. 

Police are still seeking a second young person to help with their investigations.

He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance and aged 10 to 13 years old.
