CONGRATULATIONS to The Northern Daily Leader and to your editor for taking such a strong stance on the hospital issue. Whilst I have no “inside information” I believe that your thoughts on this issue are absolutely correct.

Much discussion is being generated in the community by your continuing articles and I have actively encouraged many, who seem indifferent, to take an interest by reading your columns.

I guess many citizens feel as I do: that we can do little as individuals and how do we sway government without any political clout in our electorate?

Continuing editorial evidencing community support may be the only option. Keep up the good work.
