ADDING my profound displeasure of Tamworth Regional Council’s ridiculous new concept for Bicentennial Park, I totally agree with J Carey of Tamworth (NDL, September 17).
I could add a lot of Australian plain language to drive my point home, as could so many local identities who admire the park as it is and the serene setting of our Waler Horse.
Leave it alone and let the tourists take a wider view of our surroundings, while there is still space to attract interest elsewhere.
